Wm. Alan Shaw [retired]

 

Alan retired from the firm and the practice of law at year end of 2021.  Alan's practice focused on domestic relations work, including divorce and custody cases, in which he represented his clients' interest aggressively and fairly.  Over his years in practice, he acquired a depth of experience across many areas of the law, including real estate transactions, estate administration, real property actions, and municipal law.

 

Alan also helped those with injuries and disabilities with the following matters:

• Motor Vehicle Accidents

 

Alan graduated from the Dickinson School of Law and was admitted to practice in Pennsylvania in 1987 and in New York in 2002.  He is a life-long resident of Bradford County, Pennsylvania.
